Do you offer assembly?
While most of our clients choose to build their log structure kits themselves, we understand not everyone wishes to do so. Depending on where you’re located, we’d be happy to provide you with a customized quote for assembly. If you live outside of our assembly area, we are always more than happy to work with your local pros and answer any questions they may have regarding the assembly and construction of your log structure kit.
How are payments handled?
Payments are completed directly with us after order details are confirmed. Accepted payment methods include Interac e-Transfer, EFT, wire transfer, and certified cheque. Full payment details are provided during the ordering process.
Where are the kits manufactured?
Our log structure kits are manufactured in Europe using premium kiln-dried Nordic spruce. The timber is sourced from sustainably managed forests in Northern Europe, including Sweden, Finland, and the Baltic States.
What is included in a log structure kit?
Each kit includes precision cut wall logs, roof and floor boards, doors and windows as specified by series, hardware, fasteners, trim components, pre-cut roof and gable elements, plus detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings.

Can the kits be customized?
Limited customization options are available on select models, primarily within the Signature Series. Availability depends on the model and intended use. If you have a specific request, we recommend getting in touch to discuss what may be possible.
What type of foundation is required?
Our log structure kits can be installed on several common foundation types, depending on site conditions and intended use. Typical options include gravel pads, pressure treated skids, deck-style foundations, patio or paver stone bases, and concrete slabs. We recommend confirming foundation requirements with your local building authority prior to installation.
Are these structures suitable for year round use?
Suitability for year round use depends on the selected series, foundation, insulation approach, and local climate. Signature Series kits are designed with thicker wall logs and higher performance components and are best suited for extended or year round use.
What warranty is provided?
Our log structure kits include a five year warranty on the structural components from the date of purchase. Hardware components are covered by a two year warranty. Full warranty details are provided during the ordering process.
